Today's recommendation from the chefs at the Tourist Board is "RISOTO COI ZOTÙLI" (cuttlefish risotto). We invite you to download the recipe, reminding you that "even identical recipes always turn out differently: because of the slightest variation in ingredients, in presentation, but most of all, in the mood of the people preparing and tasting them" (Antonio Boemo).

The "Grado Voga" rowing association was established at the beginning of 2007. It offers an original way to enjoy a sport, and most of all, to keep alive local customs, like the traditional rowboats called betele.
