A food festival held at the foot of the cathedral bell tower, a great chance to hear traditional local music and enjoy simple, tasty dishes of European anchovies, sardines and calamari: the delicious “blue fish” caught around Grado. Sardele roste and sardele in savòr, two simple traditional dishes to enjoy in a fascinating historical setting: the castrum (5th c. AD) was the fort that once protected the settlement from outside attacks.
