XXII Fossalon Asparagus Exhibition

In April and May Grado holds an exhibition/competition for a characteristic local vegetable, asparagus of Fossalon. This promotional event includes tasting sessions held in Grado’s best restaurants and at food booths set up for the exhibition which is twinned with the Asparagus on the Lagoon event promoted by the Ristoranti del Castrum.
